Start push pressing a higher weight to increase the amount of weight your shoulders can bear while taking some work off the shoulders. Get to about 100 lbs then drop the weight and start military pressing again

when I used to go to the gum I could press 100lbs overhead but had a 115lbs bench

Because you're weak but that's , Everyone was at the start. Keep pumping and do 40's then 45's then 50's. Dont give up and keep on lifting heavy. Tip: its easier to do with dumbbells than the barbell
