How did you increase your bench, ive been stuck at 1 plate for like 5 months but havent bothered to try and change something up to make progress since my main focus was weightloss. I have my shoulders pushed together, my legs firmly planted and stiff. But there is still no strength gain. Tried doing lower weight with more reps and no difference.
