i manage my parents' apartments. Finding tenants, making sure they're paying, organizing repairs with the local tradesmen and landlords, all the paperwork and financial stuff, etc. I also get to live in one of their apartments as part of my compensation. It's weird because the apartments are split between two vastly different countries in two cities on two different continents (one in NA, one in Eurasia). It's hard to switch brain modes and languages when you're in one and getting calls from the other. It's kind of like flipping from country to city life on a dime depending on who's calling you, I'd imagine

It's about 3-5 hours a week total work but it technically counts as a job as "property manager" is what I'm putting on my resume. I still feel like a NEET, though

I am a NEET living alone but within a very short distance from my folks. I have all the privacy I want and they still do my laundry with their own to save on bills. It would be pretty comfy if not for the constant anxiety that it's too good to be true, that a societally useless human being like me can just be allowed to live quietly without everything suddenly and inexplicably crashing down around them.

I can definitely say a lot of my circumstance is luck, but if you've got genuine debilitating issues that prevent you being able to work and function like a human being you kind of have no choice but to find and nest in the coziest crevice you can find, and be intensely thankful for whatever you can get. Asceticism and frugality are lifesaving virtues. I really want you working guys to be okay too, take care of yourselves.

The only two ones I saw potential were freelance translating sites (youre competing with indians and venezuelans here so dont get any high hopes about it), those FigureEight tasks that were a lot of grinding but had potential for decent earnings and a site whose name I forgot that was like reviewing search results and stuff like that, it was similar to MTurk and FigureEight but much more professional, you had to pass an exam and interview. The guide was a 128 pages pdf of guidelines and shit. Heard people made up to 600/month there tho.
