If you lift for aesthetics you can focus on form and muscle targeting because you're not always lifting the heaviest weight your body can take. You also aren't tied down to JUST compound movements and can do isolation movements as well you fucking retard.

Well to oversimplify it

Lifting for aesthetics - 8-12 reps per set. More isolation movements than strength training. Higher overall volume. Less reps between sets, more variety of exercises

Strength training - lower reps per set, little to no isolation movements, less overall volume, more rest between sets, less variety of exercises

Different body types. Some people react better to different training regimes, there are also a shitload of people who get up to 5 reps max and could stand on a bodybuilding stage and there are a shitload of people who train with at least 12 reps and look dyel as fuck.

Not every body is the same user.

It's always intriguing to me to see people put up impressive numbers yet still look like shit. I see it on reddit a lot too. There are guys with literally half his lifts who blow him away on looks. I get he trains purely for strength, but still. It doesn't help that he looks like a dorky 16-year-old either.

do only bodybuilding style(hypertrophy) training with 5 day splits ie dedicated arms,chest,shoulders,back and leg day.light-medium weights with dropsets,supersets high volume basically pump chasing.

after you gained the muscle mass necessary (I would say a 6 months to a year is prob sufficie) you do hybrid training where you have 2 powerlifting style(heavy weights,low reps,low volume)1 day for upper ,1day for lower body with rest days between them and hyperthrophy days but with lowered volume.
this way you can can have high muscle mass and the neurological adaptations so you can actually use the muscles and can be strong
