It's not bad. Might be autismo but doesnt harm nobody really. I talk with my normal everyday voice to my best friend's 5year old since she started talking. You can maybe exaggerate laugh with silly jokes and they love it, its not necessary to change your voice and go retarded.
I don't know man, kids do have fun hearing and playing the retarded voice game, but they also like it when they get to actually talk with a serious voice. I think baby talk does more harm than good, also TV for toddlers that shit will make your kid retarded. If i had a kid s/he'd go straight to normal cartoons, that toddler shit is disturbing more than anything.

I think we've got it backwards in our society we show kids the simple stuff cause we think "oh they're just a dumb kid" but we should really be showing them the more advanced stuff, kids learn from what they interact with so you DON'T want to show them simple stuff that will just make them retarded.
