Mix these in 2L of water and sip it throughout the day.
[OPTIONAL] 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar and 4 tbsp lemon juice. DO NOT MIX with snake juice, drink separately. May add 1/4 tsp baking soda.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

Long fasting will of course give the best theoretical results but it's very very hard to do.

I would be interested to get 200 similarly motivated men and have 100 of them try snake juice fasting for as long as they could as often as they could for a year and have the other 100 eat at a 1000cal def for a year (or till they hit and maintained goal weight) and see which group had the best results

In real life it is often the case that the thing that seems or feels like the best thing to do because it is the most extreme is often not on average the best thing to do

Cutting makes you lose muscle and decreases your BMR. On the other hand, you don't lose muscle when fasting and it actually increases your BMR if you do it regularly to the point you exhaust all your glycogen stores and enter ketosis because you are constantly switching metabolic pathways

You could probably get 60 days out of 3 months. There shouldnt really be that many people who have more than 60lbs to lose. Most only want to lose 20-30. Actually getting people with enough fat to snake diet for a years seems to be the hard part.

Goal weight means nothing. You'll have to bulk to get back the muscle that you lost turning the cut, but then you have to cut to get rid of the fat that you gained from the bulk, creating a vicious cycle.
