How does one balance their lower chakras? So I was exploring the nature of reality, truth. Somehow I had the sudden realization in my soul that everything is God, I am God. I suddenly "understood" the nature of good and evil and I thought I could literally see evil. So I walked around with this idea (delusion). To me, time was like in slow motion and my family described it as me being "completely in my own world". I legit thought I was God and that I had to perform certain rituals (arranging pictures a certain way, turning certain lights on and off) to get rid of the evil in the house I stayed in. For what felt like hours, my mind had 0 thoughts. My family described me as being some zombie like figure in his own universe. My family tried to cummincate me but apparently I ddin't listen to them. While I was walking in this state of no mind, suddenly I was "attacked" by demons. These demons appeared to be members of my family and the police but with black holes in place of eyes. I tried to fight them off, but it was like 5 vs 1 so I was dragged off and sent somewhere with bright lights (ambulance to a hospital). I was handcuffed to the hospital bed and I tried to fight everyone. Eventually I was injected and I came to.

When I came to, a psychiatrist told me that I attacked my family and that I was screaming about demons. In my perception, I was the one that was attacked and I was defending myself. My whole family was in tears and I realized what had really happened (I had a psychotic break and I believed I was a man of God fighting off demons).

I was sent to a psych hospital for about a week after that before I was cleared to go and I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1/Schizoeffective Disorder.
