hey dudes, i've lost like 60 lbs in a year. my goal is extremely low bodyfat% and lean muscle. i'm short so i think i would look retarded if i bulked up significantly.

i'm thinking cut from (pictured) 160 lbs to 140 to shed the remaining lard that's still clinging onto me.

current routine is 3x a week 3 sets of 5 reps: squat, flat bench, standing military press, curls (with extra sets of these), "standing dumbell triceps extensions", and 15 min of stair climber cardio. i also work in construction so i'm pretty active during the day.

my diet is extreme fasting to lose weight (sub 1k calories on fasting days) and then essentially maintenance eating on nonfasting days, basically alternating between the two based on how i feel.

can anyone think of anything i'm missing or maybe something i haven't thought of? or any tips or feedback or encouragement?

its gonna take a few years brah

why do you put your recent photo from right to left instead of left to right?

also loose skin, you gotta bulk with muscle and do your weight loss slower so you don't have flabby skin hanging

you're gonna need surgery bro, that stomach flab is only gonna get worse

I dunno bro just eat less

couple more pictures from slightly different angles. maybe i just can't look at myself objectively but i don't feel like i have a bunch of loose skin. i still have significant fat all over my body, including my midsection so i'm not sure what will happen if i cut 20 pounds quickly.

Try to bulk up your midsection. Your going to have lose skin from your stomach. I would slow down your weight loss. Slow and steady.

Not sure about that user. Time will shrink it and when there is less weight pulling the skin down it won't sag as much.

I'm not an expert but with time and lifting more OP will probably be fine

Hey user, good job on the weight loss.
I went from
>286lbs
>165lbs
at 5'10.

Overall lose skin does seem to shrink more with time. I think your loose skin looks minimal personally.

Here is my advice
>eat more on your cut
>500 calorie deficit
>take a multi vitamin
>get blood work done, after a long weight loss you could be short on vitamins and have developed a deficiencies
>work out abs to help fill in the loose skin

very proud of you friend, we're all gonna make it
