During the prenatal stage, certain aspects of your development are influenced by your mothers testosterone levels. Two important things here; its your mothers levels, not yours, and second these developments stop once you are born because its not as simple as 'more testosterone', its a concoction of special chemicals and types of test which are only relevant during prenatal development.

The outcome is the same however, higher testosterone levels will influence certain parts of your development, the reason is unknown evolutionary as to why this happens, but certain fingers respond to test more than others, specifically your ring and index fingers. Higher test levels of your mother will mean a larger ring finger.

This is also true for penis size, multiple studies have proven that the higher the testosterone level of the mother, the larger the penis of the child. Its not a 1:1 sum, there are other factors, but there is a strong correlation.

So it just happens you can tell the level of a guys test levels during the prenatal stage, and therefore his dick size, by looking at his hands, specifically if the ring finger is larger than the index finger.

Prenatal test levels however have NO impact post birth. You will not be high test because your mother was high test during the prenatal stage. You could for example, have extremely high test, huge male features when born, then be low test for life. Like a feminine twink with a big dick like OP.
