I actually dislike when someone tries to make plans for the following day without telling me some days prior so I can properly organise, I can never do it in the end otherwise. Be cool about it and sometime later ask her casually again, or maybe ask her if there's anything she's interested in, and after her reply go "Awesome, I still haven't watched that one and it looks nice, wanna go together?" or something like that.
