Bro splits actually have pretty decent training frequency. E.g. tricep is trained on chest, shoulder and arm day, so 3x a week. Shoulders are trained on shoulder day, front and medial delt on chest day and rear delt on back day, potentially again if you close grip bench and do chin ups on arm day, so 2-3x frequency again. Only legs are only trained once a week, though if you diddly on back day even that is twice. Truth is bro splits by their very nature make for good intermediate routines as each muscle group has a heavy day and one or two less focussed / volume days per week. This is the redpill SS faggots don’t want you to know

In this 6 MONTH study, the trained women who did 5 sets per muscle group actually got better gains than the 10 set, 15 set and 20 set group, the 20 set group being the worst in strength and size outcomes, so there IS a limit.
