Starting Strength

Hello.
I've been doing SS program since July. Are my results good? I posted my transformation picture on Starting Strength website and they said that my progress is fine and the most important thing is that I am stronger and it's easy to lose fat.
What do you guys think?

Typical results.

You need to add GOMAD for a year and you'll really be flying.

oof

What are your stats and goals?
You gained too much fat if your goal is too look aesthetic anytime soon.

My goals were strength because I thought I would also gain mass that way, but I only gained fat because of low volume.
I gained some strength tho.
Ohp-55kg
Bench- 97kg
Squat- 144kg
Deadlift- 179kg
I am 182cm and weigh 104kg

keep going brah, i wanna see how big SS can make person

will it be the new sump protocol?

how much did you weigh in july?

73kg

Your OHP is fucking terrible for 5months progress.

80kg here and hit 55kg OHP in 8 weeks.

Let’s not ignore the elephant in the room OP, you fucked up. Too much fat, too little muscle and strength

dios mio

Right is December, left is July.
OP, you're a retard and put the pics backwards

>gained fat because of low volume
Put the fucking fork down. Jesus. What did you eat? Bulking doesn't mean become a vacuum cleaner. I'm telling you this as a former fatass.
Are those 1rm?

I know
What?
I was told to eat a lot. SS website users said that young guys need a lot of calories.

>but I only gained fat because of low volume.
No. You gained like 15-20kg of fat in 6 months. That's not because of low volume

>that OHP

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

gotta be a troll lol

Yeah my workmates usually mention how weak my upper lifts are considering my size, but then I surprise them with my squat and deadlift .

How did you get such a gut getting to 104 kilos at 182 centimeters? At that height you should still be lean at that weight. Is 3x5 really considered low volume?

182 cm is not even 6 feet. It is only 4cm taller than 5'10 which is very short.

Ok, you need to lose 20kgs, ~84 would be good for you.
Google a calorie calculator and see how many calories you should be taking in. Get some sort of app to track calories like my fitness pal.

This is good for dieting it's from /fat/
Get around 1 gram of protein for one pound of body weight so about 230.
And track how much you're actually eating.
It's literally the normal height range autist

>but I only gained fat because of low volume.
You gained fat because you ate over your tdee

i also fell for the ss meme and my waist increased 1'5 inches also my OHP and bench are laughble considering how tall i am (6'5)
being a lanklet is suffering

i OHP 20 kg and benchpress 50 btw

How long have you been lifting?

about month and a half tho admittedly i had zero strenght going in

I've been training primarily for strength for for years and I've gone from 60kgs to 80kgs. My legs, chest, arms and shoulders are still small. Is it possible for me to get to 100kgs lean? I'm 184cms and starting a more hypertrophy focused training plan in February.

good bait, or you're mentally handicapped. read the book. you're not on LP for 5 months, and if you were, your numbers would be insanely high. a solid run on the LP for most people lasts 8-10 weeks. if you also read the book you would've known to slow down the food. you weird anti SS jihadis are the worst trolls

this is bait
kys

Did SS for like 2 months. 90kg on squats and 110kg deadlifts, both for five. The lower back is definitely feeling not the way it should be, how should I approach the problem? Took a week off and did good ol hypertrophy and it felt so nice to get the pump again. I want to gain strenght, but is there a way or a specific program which targets both strenght and hypertrophy? Could 2 weeks of PPL and 1 week of SS in rotation would work?

That sounds dumb tbqh. You should look into fixing your form, or you might have a pelvic tilt like me, which is simply fixed by doing a few exercises and some stretching

>There are STILL people who lift natty

I-is Greyskull a meme?

That's not that bad for a month. I'm a fat fuck and I went from empty bar to 1.5pl8 bench in two month.
