At 6'2 I'd recommend around 185-190 provided you have muscle which you don't so it's fine if you go lower. Get a body fat measurer and keep cutting until 15%
grats on the progress, user. I think you should start lifting weights and hop on a decent 5x5 program. Your mom is just used to seeing you fat and then when you lost weight it maybe seemed weird to her. You could still benefit by getting your BMI lower and gain some muscle though.

as for the doctor, losing close to 100 pounds may be seen as a warning sign for anorexia. had the same thing happen to me when i lost 120lbs. just choose a goal weight and stick to it. if you want to cut to 170 stay with it, don't keep cutting to 160 or 150; rather try for a recomp diet; if you try bulking, even if you get stronger you may feel that you're undoing your progress and go back to cutting.
