bread makes you fat

>fucking with my health
In what ways, exactly?

Well, last time I ate a few rolls I started getting bloated and sick. Ended up dating a black girl for six months. Yeast is the new onions.

Dandruff is gone from the moment stopped. All other things which bothered me are improving: don't need to sleep during the day, anxiety, breathlessness, chest pains, intrusive thoughts all decreased or gone. dry face and hands improved etc

Interesting. I have been bread free for about 5 years but just now got a toaster for my office so I'm toasting all day all night, pre- post- workout: toast. Mostly baseler bread from the swiss bread jew. I do notice the extra fatigue and dry skin. Didn't realize it was bread.

Oh shit, I also just started dating a black girl. Bread is no joke.

Bread is a treat.

Are you fat? Few treats. No to little bread.

Are you bulking? Maybe some treats. Do you want your treats to be bread? Really? Ok.

Yeah man, yeasts lead to beasts

Nah bro its good for you thats why its grows from trees and comes from animals. Jk ur an moran.

I would treat bread like most other carbs, empty calories, if you are too poor to eat something good for you and you are too skinny to lose weight then bread is a neutral option, probably slightly worse than properly prepared oats or potatoes though, and maybe rice.

About 1% of the population has celiac which means that eating bread is extremely dangerous to them, it can literally kill them.

It's thought that up to 40% of the population has non-celiac gluten intolerance. Gluten is not dangerous to them but it can have side effects such as dry skin, blurry vision, shortness of breath, attention deficit disorder, brain fog, reduced bone density, poor absorption of certain vitamins and minerals, fatigue.

I went gluten free for about 3 months and one major change that I noticed was that after about 2 weeks my ability to focus my attention on tasks shot up dramatically. For the first time in my life I was able to sit through an entire movie or read an entire book without getting bored. It was insane, felt like a superpower, but I went back to eating gluten just because it's so convenient and because it's everywhere.

Don't think I can go without bread, ever. I grew up on it.

Bread being bad for you is normie tier nutrition science

>bread gave him anxiety and stole his sleep

This is why no one takes you fucking seriously. This must be the dumbest thing I've heard this year.

Carbs/Sugar is not good for you at all. The only good carbs are found in vegetables because they have enough fiber to get it through your system.
