Literally just practice it, I also do this thing where I rumble my vocal chords and try to make them rumble lower. If you do it with your mouth open it almost sounds like a burp. Speak from the front of your face though, not your throat or you'll just sound like someone insecure about their voice and trying to do the "BOOMING VOICE" thing. For me nofap helps a bit, but maybe that's just extra confidence. You're not gonna naturally sound like Arnold or The Rock, but you can definitely sound more grounded and lower.

The environment you were raised in effects your voice as well, but only through a very changeable, physical way that you do have control over. For example, if you were raised around all women, your voice will be naturally higher and quicker because that's the tone you were used to. Just speak slower and deeper. I was raised around all women and I remember when someone joked about me sounding like a girl on the phone (I was in my 20's), I put in conscious effort and it took no time at all. Girls say they like my voice, whether I'm banging them or not. I'm still self conscious about my voice, but can objectively say no one has ever said anything about it since I started speaking slower and deeper. Girls have even asked me to send them voice clips because they miss hearing me.

Everyones vocal cords do have a limit though, so if you think your max isn't enough, consider surgery. Apparently it is pretty quick and easy.
