Yeah these past three weeks have really fucked my diet, but just work harder doing more cardio and you’ll be fine

PROTIP: If you're going to samefag, don't make them almost exactly 1 minute apart. It makes it really obvious.
2.2lbs/week is not only above the range recommended by most dietitians and people knowledgeable about weight loss, but would require me to eat under 1000 calories, which is also below the range recommended by those same people.
My goal is 1lb/week and I was losing 0.58lbs/week. So not great, but not terrible either. Just mediocre.

I usually do worse in the fall than in the winter/summer, so I think I'll bounce back. I was going to hit my goal weight in May, but now I'll hit in August. So not too far of a set back, just frustrating.
