1g/lb of LEAN bodyweight not total, but I go for total just to be on the safe side. As long as you're not eating an obscene amount and you drink plenty of water, you'll be fine.

1g per lb on LEAN body mass so for you about 158g of protein. I'd say for cutting. For bulking/maintaining you need less protons.
