Starting, I take 20g a day for 5-7days, after down to 5g a day for 2-3 months. Break for 2-3 weeks. You can take it whenever, I usually do 60-30mins before or after my workout.
You don’t have to load, but you get use out of the creatine almost immediately, so don’t fall for the meme
