I make an autistic helphelper-tier meal that is literally just rice, beans, frozen vegetables and hot sauce. It tastes like nothing but you can adjust the bean/rice ratio to get a perfect proportion of protein and carbs depending on what you wanna do, and it's dirt cheap if that matters to you.

Add lentils to the chili. If you aren't cooking with lentils ... I don't even know, lads. Look at the fucking nutrition facts for lentils - I was shocked.

If you are a hardgainer, or just bulking, add lentils to fucking everything.

1. Pulverize 500mg of peanuts and oats
2. Throw in two bananas
3. Eight scoops of protein dust
4. Add a block of tofu
5. Vegetable oil
6. Maple syrup
