I'm on a 1500 kcal diet

I'm on a 1500 kcal diet.

What food keeps me from getting hungry at night? I need 900 kcal to hit the target and 6 more hours to go before sleepy times.

I posted here a week ago, people called me a tub of lard because of how fat I am. I am genuinely trying to make it, but I feel so hungry all the time. What food is low on kcal but makes you feel satisfied?

Raw broccoli. It's a pain in the ass to eat, too. Takes forever to munch on one crown. But if you need 900kcal you could fit in an ungodly amount of steamed broccoli.

Green vegetables. If you eat less you need less to feel full. Make yourself busy so you aren't dwelling on food.

Just water fast for a week then eat like 2000kcal for two or three days then again a week of fast till you get your results.

That is pretty much maintainance.

24 december I posted this.

I lost about 2kg weight now.

For you

Nah, I expend a lot in training.
I spend up to 4339 kcal on cardio on some days.

Low fat Curd. Shit is hard to eat but it lays in your stomach like a brick. Basically casein protein is the best before bed time.

Look up "lotus seeds" for snacks.
Also, HEY FATTY. fast.

1500 is a pretty big deficit, if you're a normal guy who works out thats around a 1000-1500 calorie deficit from you TDEE. The bigger the cut, the harder it is, and if you struggle with hunger, then increase your calories a bit until you find something you can maintain. this means your cut will be slower, but easier to maintain and you don't run the risk of breaking it and binging, it's also easier on the mind, less cortisol and such

slow and steady is the best way when it comes to fat loss, you didn't get fat over night, you're not gonna get thin over night

Mehh, it doable for 8-12 weeks. But then you'll have to adjust calories, that's correct.

eat all of your calories in one big meal a day

Unironically this can work wonders combined with paleo. I went from 450 to 250 in 2 years doing it without even working out

These anons speak the truth. If you commit to this you can lose a lot of fat very quickly. Even quicker is just prolonged water fasting. This is my 5 day result.

Really you just need to suffer for a little bit, maybe a week or two. Your stomach shrinks and you won't feel hungry and you'll feel full with smaller portions. In the meantime, try gum

Broccoli cabbage and ground chicken all day everyday
Drink 2 to 3 gallons of water too to help with the hunger
I lost 100 pounds in 5 months. If my piece of shit ass did it so can you
You got this, you can make it

Seconding drinking water all the time to help keep hunger down.

Also ispaghula husk (Fybogel), one sachet twice a day with a glass of water. It's essentially a fibre supplement, I chug one before a meal and it helps me feel fuller sooner. Plus you get amazingly soft shits like whippy ice cream, it just glides out, great for the haemorrhoids.
