You don't need to buy an 'ab wheel', it's a meme.
Just do planks, or decline bench sit-ups.
If they get too easy then add a weight.

AB CARVER PRO

Get one of those 15 dollar ab wheels that offer zero help. Anyone who says they are a waste cannot do them.

I don't know man, different people say different things about ab workouts. I've seen a lot of anons here saying ab wheels are god tier. As of now I'm doing goblet squats and weighted russian twists, need to start doing hanging leg raises but I have to buy weights for it first. Ab wheel seemed like a decent cop out alternative to me.

ab wheel is pretty good investment if you use it. It'll cost you like 30 bucks MAX and is a pretty convenient ab workout that you can do at home.

I would say it is good use of your money even if you use it at all.

I was literally looking at the exact same thing on amazon last night OP. I'm so scared of ordering some piece of shit.

Does this come with a dragon dildo?

What's with the curved handles, they look uncomfortable to use?

Ab wheels are the GOAT torture device for your lower abs. It's so crippling that my pullup strength was cut in half for a week because you don't realize how much you use your abs in other movements. In all my years I've never had DOMS for any body part last longer than a week except for my first time with the ab wheel.

Same here. I'm paranoid all these good reviews might be written by casuals who place comfort above effectiveness. One good thing about it is built-in resistance though. What I'm wondering about is whether thin ab wheels are more effective than broad ones.

So far every review I've read was talking about how it's the most comfortable shit ever.

Built in resistance is really only cheating yourself

>built in resistance

An absolute wheel doesn't need built in resistance. That'll just hinder your ability to progress on the actual rollout. Plus, the load wouldn't properly be put on your abs, but your ass and quads since they push you forward. If you want resistance with ab wheels, use a weight vest.

My family has that exact model, I've never used it though. I can go get it if you want to ask me questions.
No idea how you're supposed to use it

looks fuckin gay

I've been using an ab wheel for a little while now and I have to say it's definitely is worth the investment. You honestly don't need anything more than $20. I have the one similar to the picture, with the angled handles, but a small wheel. If you're looking for a good variation on basic ab stuff, it's the way to go.

Thanks for advice anons, I guess that one's out of the question. I'll look for a simple thin ab wheel then. Any recomendations? I want something sturdy that won't fall apart after some time.

What a minute, why is it a meme? It’s a very effective exercise when it comes to building abdominal muscles. Much more effective than planks or sit-ups.

Looks like the bat mobile, lost a wheel.

Looks like built-in resistance is a deal breaker for me but I appreciate the thought man.

You're the reason the fitness industry thrives. Yes, its a decent ab workout. Yes, its also fucking retarded. Its a bad purchase and you should feel bad.

is that a custom droideka?

check'd and kek'd

remember not to do this shit when you are fat.
you wont be able to get enough out of it.
its fucking hard even for people who train a lot.

Its effective as fuck but as someone who bought this shit when I was fat... dont do it.
start with planks.

You're better off doing weighted cable crunches....

Checked

That's the One I use

I use a rod through a regular wheel you can buy at home depot...

Kek, it comes with knee pads.
