I get asked “What’s your secret?” a lot and I don’t really have an answer. I think it’s just genetics and staying out of the sun.

The best thing you can do to fight aging is eating "sirtfoods". Foods that increase sirtuin protein levels reduce senescence. Parsley, red onions, ginger, etc. These are things you need to eat. A low calorie diet will also help your body produce more sirtuins

In my own personal experience none of this is true. Anecdotal evidence, I know, but still.

The only thing besides genetics I can think of is that I’m almost never in the sun. Looking younger had it drawbacks in my early teens though. First time I drove a car a cop pulled me over because he thought I was 13. I remember when some freshman girls I met told me I was “cute, but too young for them”, I was a junior.
