I've done parts of it, not the exact same, but I've never heard of anyone having bad reactions to it anyway.
Lecithin is just a fat, it doesn't do much but it does increase semen a lot. I've taken it, no negative effects.
Pygeum I've also taken, again works as stated, definitely increases precum. It's good for the prostate and kidneys, so it shouldn't give you weird pee problems at all, though it did give me indigestion if I took it on an empty stomach.
Zinc I've taken, it's very common, I don't think I've ever heard of people having problems with it.
L-arginine isn't really necessary imo, I've taken citrulline which is better anyway and didn't notice any real effects. The cum holy grail recommends those 4, but arginine isn't really that important. But the doses listed are really normal doses, you shouldn't see any problems from it.
