Do you get used to bulking on OMAD? It's been 2 days since I ended my cut and my stomach feels like it's gonna explode

not even bait, Im doing OMAD as a lifestyle change due to it's benefits but it seems impossible to bulk on this thing
During bulking, i keep to an hour/hour and a half of an eating window, if not switch for an intermittent fasting. One sitting is not enough sadly.
I see I'm thinking the easiest option is to drink like 500 calories and then eat an hour later so I don't have to cook twice
Any advice on doing OMAD and IF sort of at the same time. My current plan is Monday, Wednesday, Friday OMAD and then the rest of the week a 16/8 IF. Anyone ever tried something like this?

What is SS and GOMAD?

SS is an abbreviation for the German word Schutzstaffel which was basically Hitler's private army.
GOMAD is pretty much 'GO MAD', it's a program where you waterboard yourself everyday 2x5, 1x5+ (AMRAP). This rearranges the neurons in your brain to allow you to form your personality.
SS + GOMAD, then, is a Jow Forums meme where you do GOMAD and read Nazi propaganda everyday so that you slowly become a Nazi yourself. This will boost your testosterone pretty much like steroids so you will make amazing gains, but as a side effect you'll be a Nazi.

It be more beneficial just doing OMAD every day so you can get the benefits of a 24 hour fast instead if 24 hours followed by 8 and so on.
Lucky. When I'm on OMAD i gain either stay still on the scale or gain weight. To be fair I am eating dirty. Pattymelt meals on one meal, the next could be tacos, etc.
It's worked before, lost 30 ibs in 3 months no exercise, but its stalling now and idk if it's the carbs or not

I'm eating 19/5 on training days and OMAD on rest days, while cutting, recomping and lean bulking.
It's roughly the same result but easier for me.
If natty makes sense if you want to look not obese all year long. Also, fuck cutting and lifting heavy.
you're eating one meal a day, just count your calories and eat more nutritious stuff, it doesn't have to perfect nutrition but at least be good stuff
I'm eating Eggs, Vegetables, French Toast, Bacon, and Fish on mine. I love OMAD because it's super easy to track my calories and it makes it fun to cook without wasting time

this is why im lean bulking on OMAD, I agree fuck cutting and lifting heavy but its not too bad on short cuts, andmaintaince won't allow you to gain muscle mass easily.
I won't ever fully bulk again though, I noticed a huge increase in face aesthetics once you get to low BF

What if I like all of that but not veggies? I can eat steamed brocolli, I love it with melted cheese, but anything else i can't eat for some reason. It gives me stomachs pain and diarrhea.
Also, if I want to see the most weight loss in 5 months, what can I do? OMAD+lifting and eating healthier foods, or OMEOD+lifting dirty?

veggies are the easiest way to feel full without eating much, eggs are another way look for other filling foods that you like and OMAD is easy af
the nice thing is most filling foods are also healthy

How do you fill 2000calories in a single meal ? I wanna do OMAD but if I lose more weight I'm going into auschwitz territory
it takes a while to get used to and you make sure you also have dense foods
Drink chocolate milk.
Season with coconut oil.
Peanut butter on anything.
Snack on nuts.
vegans can't build musc-
nuts are godtier on omad
the nice thing about omad is that you can unironically eat any typically "bad" food
