Hey anons, so I've noticed a lot of Jow Forumsizens have been stressed out over hair loss and MPB.
As someone who's been fighting this battle for nearly 20 years and has tried out just about everything, I'd like to answer a few questions about hair loss and regrowth. Yes it IS possible but only if you act quick enough.
What is the most effectiv way to regain her loss then?
Landon Roberts
Been using Minoxidil (5%) since yesterday. Is it worth it?
Colton Gray
Not sure if I'm losing hair or not. Don't have any thinning. No real shedding. But have a kind of V shape up front, which I think developed when I was stressed and malnourished and was shedding a lot of hair as a result.
Is there any way to regrow that hair around the temples and have a more flat hairline up front? Already using Nizoral + biotin.
David Long
I'm 29 and will probably shave it off by 31-32. There is no way back, but to do the surgery
Jason Brown
fin and nizoral should be enough to stop it
If you’re too pussy or don’t respond well to fin, try essential oils (rosemary, peppermint) + scalp massage + nizoral as your shampoo. Slows hairloss for a lot of people including me.
Also don’t be bluepilled “just embrace it, shave it off insecure pussy!” Everyone looks better with hair so what’s so wrong with trying to stop its loss. Get a hair transplant if you’re over NW2.5

Also forgot dermarolling. Dermarolling + essential oils is what seems to help slow hair loss for many people

>So I've noticed my hairline is receding and I'm not sure if it's a mature hairline or MPB If your hairline is maturing you will notice a pattern of hair shaping around your temples like a triangle. If it proceeds to go beyond this where your hairline forms a visible, front view U around the temples you are balding. >So I'm loosing my hair, how do I get it back? Contrary to popular belief you can get your hair back if you act quickly enough. The miniaturization process of your hair follicles, which produce your luscious locks. What you aren't told is that when these follicles become too weak to produce hair they aren't dead yet, but will continue miniaturizing for another couple years. Your first move is to regain good blood flow to the area, since you are at this point certain to be sensitive to DHT, which binds to the follicles and starves them of nutrients, causing MPB.
You need to do the following: >increase blood flow to the area >increase the nutrients that the hair receives
I would start off by trying natural solutions, onion juice applied to scalp, let sit for 30 mins, wash, repeat 3 times a week. Essential oils and other things work too. It's all about the nutrients. Onions are particularly good because most people's scalps are starved for sulfur, which onions have in abundance. Dermarolling, when doing this opens up the pores and allows 700% nutrient absorption, very useful.
If those don't work for you, it's time to begin looking at minoxidil, Rogaine. Rogaine will help to synchronize the year long shedding and regrowing phase of your hair, making it SEEM like you are having regrowth. Nonetheless it is useful and will help your existing hair regardless.
If you are STILL losing hair you need to look at finasteride, which will severely hamper your DHT production. I don't recommend this because there is a small risk of destroying your libido in the short term, and in extreme cases, forever. 1/2
Mason Butler
If that still doesn't work you're looking at dutasteride, but I refuse to recommend that to anyone.
Whether you are currently losing hair or not it is proactive and great if you take these measures ahead of time, as preventing hair loss is far easier than reversing it.
Dominic Gomez
There is also a great variety of other things you can and should be doing, I'm expand on those after dinner.

>What is the most effectiv way to regain her loss then? You can cope but it's going to go away in the end. Sorry user, but coping isn't healthy.
Joshua King
What's your opinion on finasteride? Can it stop the process, or does it only slow it?
Lincoln Stewart
My temples rapidly receded when I was 16, then stopped. I got really selfconcious about it when I was 19 despite it not changing since 16 but I got a prescription for fin and took it for a year with no change at all to either worse or better. I then stopped taking fin and nothing changed. At 22 I started rogain to see if that would help but again no change at all except a little bit of tiny fuzz appeared. Now I’m 23 it’s been 11 months since I started rogain and it’s still the same. It’s not getting worse but it’s not getting better. The best comparison of my hairline is leonardo dicaprio but a bit worse
It depends on how you respond. For some it can slow it, stop it, or even regrow some. Everybody's body is different. However, for many who say it's regrown their hair that is generally a half-truth. It's only thickened it and synchronized their shedding phase.
A dead follicle cannot be returned to life. If you've had hair lost for 2+ years there is little chance of regrowing it, as the follicles are dead. However, if you catch it early and before that, with steady effort you can nurse them back to health, therefore allowing them to be large enough to produce hair again.
What I recommend, personally is that people who want to keep their hair, and there's nothing wrong with being bald btw, it's just your own opinion. I'd say those that want to keep their hair should be already applying different things to it, because MPB WILL come for 80% of us in our lifetimes.
I cannot stress enough how important maintaining good circulation is. The DHT can only damage your scalp if it accumulates, which can be fixed by dermarolling, ice cold showers (forces circulation), repeated messages, and just about everything that improves circulation.
That's also part of why Minoxidil is so effective, as it was originally developed to help reduce hypertension. Getting the blood flow to the area is #1.
Asher Turner
Then this is perhaps all your genetically determined hair loss. Be glad.
Jack Powell
You likely had stress when you were 16 which caused shedding, or you have a mature hairline.
Unfortunately your temple hairs have been gone long enough for regrowth to not be possible. A transplant is the best solution you would have, then you should do the regiments as posted above maybe once a week to ensure it remains healthy.
Personally I think your hairline isn't bad and won't impede anything, unless you're trying to look like 15 year old Justin Bieber. A slightly receded hairline is a sign of maturity, and is attractive, strangely enough. Costanza-tier hairlines are different.
Stop worrying about the way it looks and just work to make sure it stays that way.

>How can I tell if my follicles are starting to die? Your hair will begin to get thinner both individually and as a whole. You can usually see the difference when you look at your side hair compared to your top hair.
As it miniaturizes it will feel brittle, and more bendable. For example, a fallen hair will usually maintain it's shape unless you twist or bend it. A miniaturizing hair will contour with gravity.
Near the ending phase it may begin to change colors and become gray. This could also be a sign of magnesium deficiency. If you notice that the hair on both the TOP of your head and the SIDES are thinning, you likely have a deficiency that needs to be taken care of. You may have alopecia areata, patchy hair loss. Onion juice is a proven remedy to this type of loss.

Welp I guess Jow Forums would rather have their ass threads than knowledge.
I hope you all burn in Hell.

My hairline receded to nw1.5 on my left side and nw2 on my right. It looks obviously uneven. I want to fix my hairline back to a nw1 with a hair transplant. It receded from ages 17-18 very quickly due to thyroid issues and probably fapping a lot. It has stabilized for a while now after getting thyroid issue fixed and limiting my masturbation. I will be turning 21 in 2019 and I have quite a few bucks to spend, are there any surgeons in the US that would perform a procedure on me? Everywhere I look it says 21 is wayyy too young but I feel like I am in my prime face and body wise and would like the hair to compliment it as well. Hair loss in my family is weird as my dad is a nw7 but my grandpa is nw3 and only started losing hair in his late 40s to early 50s.
John Ross
thanks mate, i buzzed it 2 years ago and it looked decent but i usually keep it a bit longer.
That's my hope. My dad is completely bald but my maternal grandfather had the same exact hairline even when he died at 82 and i resemble him in appearance.

Hairline has been like this for about four years now... What Norwood is this? I have a genetic widows peak I used to shave off, now grown. My hair reaches the lower end of my T spine, and grandfather balded in his 40-50s. I think scalp massages are underrated. Along with touching your head to the ground and letting blood flow into your head.
It seems it’s all random. My uncle is a nw0 at age 51. My maternal grandfather died with a nw7 but he only started losing hair in his late adulthood as there are pics of him in his thirties with a good hairline (maybe nw2 at worst). My dad also had full head of hair in his twenties. This makes no sense why I started losing so much hair and so fast at only age 17. If it was just a thyroid problem wouldn’t the hair grow back? I’m happy it stopped falling out but I got no regrowth meaning the hair follicles probably died. I just need a hair transplant asap because a nw2 with a pretty boy face doesn’t match :/ I plan on roiding and tanning after I get married and have kids so I will not care about my hair in my thirties. I just need a youthful hairline now!! Time for some consultations

My forehead is not as big as they picture would make it seem... My hairline reminds me of:
Nizoral is one of the best things I've found. With constant usage 3 times per week I can actually see my hair getting less diffuse. It also itches a lot less.
Been trying peppermint essential oil lately but I'm unsure if I'm doing it right. Right now I'm mixing a couple of drops of it with nizoral and just wash for 3 minutes.
Is dermarolling the scalp hard? Seems scary as fuck, you are basically making thousand of small cuts in your head.
Samuel Myers
Thank you for the answer.
I started Fin 6 days ago, I don't want to make any conclusions yet, but in the last 2 days I haven't seen any hair falling out while in the shower. Some other things I take for about 3 months are Saw Palmetto, Selenium, GNC men's ultra NourishHair and some special shampoo.
I'm thinking of buying a dermaroller and minoxidil soon.
I had this period a few months ago where I thought nothing works, and that I'll just have to wait it out until enough hair falls out in order to get a hair transplant. I think I was wrong.
Carter Smith
It’s not hard and it barely even hurts. It just gets really red and sometimes it bleeds. Peppermint oil used to sting when I put it on but I guess I got used to it. I only do it for like 15 seconds on each temple and then 15 seconds on the middle. This works for me. I don’t know what’s the length of time to do it for best results
Beta sitosterol is far more effective and cheaper than any of this shit.
Zachary Williams
23 here, not balding yet but my dad did bald later on from the sides, he still has a bit of hair like a thin line going through the middle of his head at the top and has hair at the back. How do i delay this to the maximum? Or better yet, what vitamins/deficiencies do i need to look out for and ensure i'm getting and what are some general tips to take care of scalp or is it better to just leave it be? Are certain shampoos recommended or does that not really have much of an effect?
Samuel Miller
What number derma roller should I get?
Ayden Thomas
>I only do it for like 15 seconds on each temple and then 15 seconds on the middle. Do you mix it or just drop it pure on your scalp?
Sebastian Russell
Have you read the thread at all?
Isaac Cook
He clearly hasn't
Ryan Gomez
Fuck off with your bullshit. My grandma still has better hair than me and i’m 25. I can guarantee you she is never taking cold showers or constantly massaging her scalp, or doing anything that gets “blood flowing”. It’s genes, and genes only. Genetics
David Rodriguez
sorry so much info in this thread, i couldn't find this but have now I'll try it thanks
Hudson Perry
yur granny has a cock and balls as well?
Nathaniel Hughes
I put that stuff pure on the scalp and proceed dermarolling. Lol we in 2019 now, no pussy shit my nigga :)
Parker Carter
How do i add oil if i still have lots of hair? I try to rub it in witth my fingers, but when i try to do that anywhere other than my temples, it just gets stuck in my hair Or is that enough?
Robert Stewart
only thing that works for MPB is reducing fin, minox and nizoral
Jayden Wright
Onion juice? Essential oils? This is the worst broscience ever. Cope harder.
Jaxson Reyes
>Onion juice does soaking my hair in green tea work?
David Wright
Your grandmother is female and estrogen promotes hair growth you utter fucking retard.
Logan Harris
It may, but doesn’t compare to DHT. That’s why it is strange that it would hinder head hair gowth.
Some people report success with MSM and/or Taurine taken orally. Both are sources of sulphur. Sulphur is systematically decalcifying and I have observed a lot of markers that indicates mpb is a state of scalp calcification. I don't think sulphur is required topically though.
Chase Butler
>fell for the DHT meme
Yeah truly strange, just like how strange that guy on your pic has a great hairline.
Joshua Howard
Nah, I didn’t. Have read many alternative theories, though; from ejaculation to asymmetrical/bad developed faces.
I'm pretty sure that's michael j fox's hair on a mannequin
Owen Martinez
>onion juice applied to scalp, let sit for 30 mins, wash, repeat 3 times a week. Do you just grind onions and strain it them? My fingers smell after handling onions, how do I prevent my scalp from smelling? Does it need to be dripping? I don't want to be leaving a trail of onion juice in my home.
Brayden Collins
>1/2 Are you ever going to post 2/2? Seriously, these past few days people have been posting paragraphs about hair loss/supplements/etc. with no real info/research or taking forever to get to the point. It seems like a shitty sales technique and they never get around to giving info
Juan Clark
I have a shitty hairline from birth. This is me at age 8, best photo I could find but you can see my temple(s) is missing hair and the sides look like they are thinning. I still have the same hairline now.
This is either someone larping as pic related or the original guy but that OP image is not an original. I remember it from another forum.
James Hall
Literally no one gives a shit. Stop being an insecure little faggot.
Jeremiah Rogers
In case anyone doesn't know, there are sites where you can get a finasteride prescription online. I got mine a few days ago, it was really easy. $30 for one month of pills.
