Thanks man I've been lifting for a while and I've got 1 plate OHP and 2 plate bench, but squats, deads and core has always been a weakness. This year I'm making an effort to explore my weaknesses. I'm discovering that I just wasnt doing enough compound exercises frequently enough. I've been squatting and deadlifting 3 times a week for a few months now and I'm seeing really good improvement. I'm the polar opposite of you. My squats and deadlifts improve crazy fast even during a cut. My bench and ohp has however stalled through the entire cut, which is cool but the contrast is there. Also I deadlift lmao5pl8 and squat 4pl8 but can only bench 125kg (275lbs). Idk desu I think it's just normal ectomorph issues.
