same for everything?
1/2/3/4x5
Anything you have to use a belt/straps for is too much. Once you make it there you can work on hypertrophy which shouldn't cause any problems
what do those mean 1x bw etc?
lurk more + read sticky
>ohp 0.5x bw
>bp 1x bw
>Sq 1.5x bw
>dl 2x bw
Get those and you're good to go.
The problem with bodyweight multipliers is the don't acount for height. Lean guys with tall height are heavier, but they require more distance to move an equal weight.
There won't be much difference between 6'1 and 6'5. Those subhumans >6'1 could lift more per bw, but who gives a damn about those smurfs amiright?
>insane weights
Don't worry, you'll never be anywhere near that weight with this pussy mentality. Try to actually lift something first before you worry about something this retarded.
>Oh no! What if I suddenly start lifting +400kg deadlifts one day?
Don't forget to wear a bike helmet for your OHP lifts.
There is no adult male on earth that couldn’t honestly do this

anything below intermediate is below average for a gym regular, proficient is nice
>standards this low
Shameful
>ohp 0.5x bw
>bp 1x bw
lmao wtf
I can't, lifting for 1 year currently. I'm 1x bw for my bench, but not 1.5x and 2x on squats and deadlifts. What now? kms?
At least your bench is fine. I'm at 0.83x bench, while 1.6x for squat and 2x for deadlift.
usually those imply 1x pl8 # on each side. by bodyweight is more impressive and what I'm shooting for @ 160-180

>Jow Forums said so and the numbers look nice
But I'm only at 138 lbs bw, started with 110 lbs bw. My back and knees are fucked up beyond repair. Only doing this lifting shit for health reasons anyway.
Most research on bodybuilding is retarded because 100% of the time it's funded by some food corporation to sell a product, as most studies are.
i do bulgarian split squats and romanian deadlifts cos injuries
That's really good though. Keep working at it and don't injure yourself further.
