I get depressed when I don't go to the gym for more than 2 days, though.

Not planning to come tomorrow and maybe I'll workout friday if I don't have plans.
The thing is I just focus on a main lift for weeks until I achieve my goal, then after hitting it. i just try to maintain it.
This past 2 months I've been focusing on deadlifting and I implement a lot of accessory lifts. (Rack pulls, rows, weighed pullups, forearm/trap training)

So...in reality if anything you're in the gym more than the average /fit poster..doesn't that kinda make you bragging about how you're in the gym less than the average /fit user not even true..?
