I ate a pretty normal diet for a kid who likes candy/junk shit. From middle school onward I started to care about what I ate since /sports/. Been eating healthy since then. As for sleep I also got plenty every night besides the occasional fuck up.

My mother is 5'5" and father is 6'1" about.

I sure love feeling like a failure of a man for something completely out of my control haha. I've considered growing out my beard since I have good genetics and just becoming dwarf mode but it all just seems like a cope.

My little brother is a picky eater who has been skinny as shit his whole life and he is currently 6'1 as a junior in high school. I think as long as you're getting adequate nutrition you're good on height senpai. That being said maybe you just have to eat meat, his favorite food is steak.
