That depends on bodyfat. You will probably be fine if your bodyfat is very high. If it's not, you will atrophy all muscle and probably frequently lose consciousness.

Not OP but my bf is 23% and i'm quite chubby naked and skinnyfat with clothes on. Should i just eat at maintenance and lift/do cardio or fast as long as i can while lifting with no cardio?

not THIS. i fasted 10 days on water once, no issues. i know of people doing it for 40 days and somewhere around that i probably where it starts being less safe. you might faint and so one.
i also dropped almost 10kg during my 10 day fast, 4-5 of which returned as i started eating again. lost some muscle aswell.

Eat dinner. Do not eat until the exact same time next day. Eat dinner. Continue next day as normal. Once you get to dinner, repeat. Drink however much water and tea you like. Do not drink anything else unless it's something specifically designed for fasting.

When you're not eating, you're fasting. If you dine at 20 and eat breakfast at 8, you fasted for 12h (11.5 if you finish your dinner in 30m).
Intermittent fasting extends that to 16h, and eventually 23h (one meal a day).
It doesn't make you lose weight, just helps you manage hunger, which persuade to eat less calories, and there you have the deficit that will burn your stored fat, if you train, recover and fulfill your macros.
For reference, i'm bulking on IF/OMAD (on rest days).
If you don't have any muscle mass, don't cut, you'll look bad. Try to maintain weight while gaining strength/lean mass.

To move, your body consumes energy. Energy comes from food or fat stores if no food is available, no? How could you possibly not lose fat?
