I'm the guy who posted that picture, I disagree with you, I was once vegan for a full year and actually saw some decent gains. I actually stopped because most of them were filthy unironic commies like this faggot and I couldn't stand being tarred with that brush. I think the main issue with vegans is they need to eat a lot more in weight to get the same calories and macros that a meat-inclusive diet does, but they don't so just basicly starve themselves. I cannot speak for a sustained vegan diet but like I said, I don't think it is inherently flawed, it just seems to attract idiots who give it a bad name and werent eating properly in the first place (you can see this kid didnt eat well 2.5 years ago)

IDK where you get that red plates are 45lb. They are 55lb.
Plate colours are typically uniform and there is an international standard; 25kg (red) 20kg (blue) 15kg (yellow) 10kg (green) 5kg (black). If you were actually lifting rather than accusing others of being beginners you would know this.
