taking ephedrine through primatene rn for allergies, supposedly it's good for cutting?

because it's helping with that too, not sure if placebo or not rn

fish oil
d3
k2
b12 (every other day)
Mg (every other day)

Has anyone here tried Boswellia?

Yes, it’s very good

change my mind: only supps worth taking are citrulline malate and creatine for lifting & vitamin b12, vitamin d, and omega 3 for complete nutrition.

Supplementing anything for general health other than Vitamin D3 is a waste of money. As far as lifting weights goes, Creatine works, Beta Alanine and Citrulline might help a bit. I don't know about anything else.

Don't fish oil pills go rancid pretty quickly and become bad for you, or is that some bullshit I heard?

I hope not, I'm using ones years old....

I keep mine in the fridge. Easy.

Skate liver oil is what you should be taking.

Bite into one and see how it tastes. If it's rancid, you'll fucking know about it

Bullshit

Fish oil goes rancid, fish oil in capsules do not.
They can be stored at room temperature.

just ordered some l citrulline
cant wait to try it out

Creatine Monohydrate
Citrulline Malate
Betaine
Beta alanine
Alpha GPC
Bacopa Monnieri
Ashwaghanda
Taurine
Theanine
Fish oil
Vit D3
Glucosamine sulfate
Multivit

looking sharp m8

so should I keep taking it? im having a blast i havent been hungry this entire day

Low dose tren acetate (50mg 3x week mon/Wed/Fri)
Test 400 (800mg a week)
Masteron Enanthate (400mg a week)
Anadrol (50mg everyday)
Hgh (6iu a day)
Novorapid insulin (5iu post workout, consume 10g carbs for every iu)

Multivit
Fish oil
Glucosamine

Morning on nonworkout days:
Creatine, Super Greens, Beet Powder in a shake.
Tribulus

Workout days: The above shake but with beta-alanine and sometimes a shot of espresso.
Night:
Vitamin C
Elderberry

Monday and Thursday:
20,000IU of D3

Diet otherwise:
Breakfast consisting of 1 cup of oatmeal and 5 eggs either poached or pan fried with 1 quart of MILK.
Throughout the day:
Roughly a pound of chicken or pork with 2 cups of rice and another quart or two of MILK, 2 quarts water, peanut butter sandwich, 1 Cup of Almonds, handful of whatever veggies I felt like cutting up for the day.

Whey protein is useful under the following:
1. Portability
2. A cut when you don't want protein from MILK
3. Your protein sources are expensive. I pay about $2.00/lb for chicken thighs and price per gram of protein is about half if I were to pay $55.00 for a 5 lb tub of whey.

I never felt any performance enhancement on citrulline and glutamine and almost all other shit that is out there.... with the exceptions of beta alanine and creatine.

Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine are closely related. They are primarily nasal decongestants but they are used in the manufacture of meth. They have stimulant properties and suppress appetite.

But they still oxidize and basically nullify any potential benefit.

Y'all have any experences with serrapeptase?
I have a chronic blocked nostril and I want to know if itll help.

You don't need supplements to be strong and healthy.

I only use preworkout, whey, BCAAs and some weird green shit I found for natural energy. What else helps

I don't take anything besides fish oil, but I got a 100$ gift card to GNC from my nan, is there anything that would actually be worth buying instead of protein and pre?

why do you all drink fish oil? Its benefits are doubtful and not proven and very minor even if they are all true.

Does megadosing fish oil really work for curing depression bros?

D3 not fish oil is what youre looking for

wrong

Link me some studies user, unironically

Any safe otc supplements to help ED?

so fish oil because omega 3, right? but what does it do exactly, what are the benefits? I already eat fish every now and then, should I still buy it?

what's this and what does it do?
mirin, nice supp stack too
>Beet Powder
>Elderberry
>20,000IU of D3
you alright there?
stop watching porn, if that doesn't help go to a doctor

Take them during a fast. I dunno if it'll help your nostril specifically though.

Probiotic
Zinc
Ginkgo Biloba
Citrulline Malate
Creatine Monohydrate
Vitamin K2 MK4
Vitamin D3
Magnesium Glycinate
Melatonin

How about magnesium?

Based. Any reasons for supplementing Betaine and Taurine?

Attached: DbqE__zVMAAjcl4.jpg (714x810, 60K)

I take fish oil and it works wonders for my eyes. Would love stuff for my labido and stuff to help me think

D3 + K2 for those winter blues
Zinc because a man takes zinc
Can of /deenz/ every other day instead of overpriced fish oil
Caffeine + l-theanine for waking your ass up and being focused
Multivitamin I bought a year ago on a whim and it seems to never run out

Magnesium, did nothing
Ashwaghanda, did nothing
St. John's Wort, did nothing

Took phenibut two days in a row but I didn't feel anything. 500mg the first day then a gram on the second, taken with an empty stomach. Are you not supposed to eat anything for 4 hours after taking it? That's kind of ridiculous.

Though I seem pretty resistant to stimulants and whatever. I quit caffeine every couple of months with no major side effects. Weed and nicotine doesn't affect me the times I've tried it, it's actually pretty annoying. Only thing that affects me is alcohol and even I was able to quit that 8 months ago with no cravings.

Eat some nuts for l-arginine. That's all I know of that isn't a meme like onions lecithin.

If you really analyze your diet you’ll probably find that you are getting your RDA of magnesium, unless you believe the RDA isn’t enough. But you really don’t need to supplement that much of it if anything.

I have a bottle of fish oil capsules that I opened a year ago or more and they say they are good until May 2019

I can't be sure though because I open the bottle and the smell isn't that good....but maybe that's just because it's fish

Fish oil, 4g a day
D3
Creatin mono
Whey protein if you have extra money or what want to hit your protein goal faster/easier

A good multi vit if you cant get everything you need from food

Everything else is complete bullshit

The people recommending rubbish like Citrulline, Ashwaghanda, pre workouts, HMB etc are full of shit

anyone been talking ALCAR?

how is it?

No,

D3 plus cardio helps the most, nothing crazy but low intensity for 30 mins, 4-5 days a week

What other benefit did you notice then?

>you alright there?
Yeah. Why wouldn't I be? Not sure if the beet powder is a meme or not though.

Attached: 15465297848381167411603.jpg (2560x1440, 1.26M)

Basically this but also picking up heavy things and putting them back down again. After starting with vitamin D3 the difference in my mood is almost palpable

omega 3s
multi vitamin
l theanine
amino acids

I used for lung buildup due to smoking, and I noticed better running ability because my lungs were clearer.

If you get your beets from a good company they are not a meme.

True true, I only said magnesium because most people are deficient in it.

>Citrulline, Ashwaghanda, pre workouts, HMB etc are full of shit
Any proof?

Second part was towards

>Melatonin
isn't taking this on a regular basis a terrible idea because it stops your body producing it, sure that matthew walker guy said using it for anything more than occasionally resetting your biological clock is dangerous

Yes. It is not a daily supplement, but good for dreams and sleep

it doesn't affect sleep quality just time to get to sleep, sleep quality is mostly environment and adenosine

Hello, I just finished scrolling through sticky and I suppose this is appropriate thread to post in.

Is it worth trying out diet programs? I was introduced to Herbalife today (maybe some of you have heard). Seemed like old people stuff. Should I invest 3.3 euros a day for someone else to take care of my daily rations?

examine.com/supplements/fish-oil/

It is one of if not the most soundly studied food supplement outside of vitamins, the benefits have been demonstrated time and again.

Yeah i usually only take it when i really need it, as I am an insomniac. Magnesium Glycinate also helps with it too.

this might get hated on on fit but I get night terrors pretty often, my doctors gave me benzos as an off label treatment when it got really bad, anyway weed helped me, indica gets me to sleep in under 30 minutes when usually it can take an hour or two

I get night terrors too but I'm a schizo. Can't smoke weed as it makes me super paranoid. CBD oil is all the benefits with none of the drawbacks of weed. Rarely remember my night terrors now. I still have them because I'll wake up feeling scared but at least I don't dwell on them all day. I also take Magnesium Glycinate (sincerely thank you Jow Forums) to help me get to sleep when before I was taking four benedryls to combat insomnia. The benedryls were doctor prescribed and worked but the Magnesium Glycinate works better and is cheaper. Daffy bitch would still write a prescription every time I saw her even though I always bought it over the counter. New doc has me trying all sorts of supplements to help me keep my head on straight. L-Theanine is a god send. I haven't felt this relaxed and not depressed in almost 8 years.

>I'm a schizo.
same but I've never had problems with weed or acid, only started using them after diagnosis though, pretty sure it's a miss diagnosis desu I'll check out magnesium glycinate

>schizo
sarcosine
d-serine
glycine
look it up

add betaine (trimethylglycine)

I'm not sure increasing methylation is always a good thing for schizos.

I just got some Cyclic Dextrin in. Mixed 50g of it with milk, 50g of Protein, and two scoops of protein. Lovely post-workout, nice and thick.

I have genetically low absorption of Methyl folate and take a pill for it a night. Would that affect whether or not to take it?

Mainly for liver health?

All three look good to me. I'll pick it up off of amazon if I can.

>>I have genetically low absorption of Methyl folate and take a pill for it a night. Would that affect whether or not to take it?
I don't know.

>All three look good to me. I'll pick it up off of amazon if I can.
read a bit more about them on examine.com

ZMA and mono is all you need
anything else you should get from actual food.

what phenibut dosage do u niggas use
i tried 500mg, 1g, 1.5g, 2g, feel nothing

How much ephedrine is too much then?

you can get both zinc and magnesium from foods

>Is it worth trying out diet programs? I was introduced to Herbalife today (maybe some of you have heard). Seemed like old people stuff. Should I invest 3.3 euros a day for someone else to take care of my daily rations?
No, it's fucking retarded you spoonfed retard.

Just tell us your goals in another thread, we'll tell you what to eat.

You can't just throw money at your diet problem and expect it to be fixed. It's a mix of education and lifestyle.

this is stupid, if you're going to pick 1 (one) and only 1 (one) supplement, it should be creatine.

Long jack
Pumpkin seeds
Tribulis
Ginseng
Maca
Zinc

it's hard to keep a good magnesium:calcium ratio if you eat any dairy at all.

Can anything I'm taking cause me to have random bouts of light headedness/slight dizziness? I've been taking all of this for a long while now but past few days I've just been feeling a little dizzy at random times. I do have a messed up neck and have had a migraine twice and a few headaches so I'm guessing that could be the main problem.
Anyway
2,000-4,000 IUs of D3
600 milligrams of KSM66/Ashwaghanda
1000 milligrams of Tribulus
Fish oil, 2 capsules (not sure how much of what it has in each serving, has some omega 3 though)
1-2000 milligrams of L arginine, which I think could be a contributing factor
1000 mgs or so of L citrulline, also suspicious of that
A teaspoon of Maca
And a men's multivitamin once every 2 or 3 days

I'm on clonazapam for an anxiety disorder, don't take it every day though. .5 milligrams per dosage, but I've never felt light headed or even a little dizzy from it before so I don't think it's that. Probably going on wellbutrin soon so I'm really paranoid that'll make things even worse even if only temporarily.

MIght as well keep taking it, just take a week off every 4-5 weeks to be safe.

From what I’ve read there’s even a lot of brands that are already rancid when they’re bottled.

Anyone use Biotin for an extended period of time? I've added 10k mcg biotin daily to my stack, it might be in my head but my hair is shinier (also daily shower shampoo+condition) and my finger nails were slightly harder to trim than I'm used to. There is also the benefit to skin but I've not noticed any changes yet. Anyone shed some light or am I being conned.

Why would you ever need more omega 6 and 9. You get plenty from your diet and the big thing with supplementing omega 3 is to get a higher ratio of 3 to 6 and 9.

Think of fish oil as lubricant for your veins and arteries, people with poor diet and high blood pressure would benefit more from them but the many studies proving the benefits of fish oil indicate that, even though it is small change, it is a good change.

D3
Creatine
Ashwagandha
Fish oil.

I thought ashwagandha was a meme but for me it really improves my anxiety. Just sort of feel a little more manly and not afraid. However, I did start taking it when I started lifting so perhaps i’m confusing the effects of excersize with the ash.

Also currently supplementing d3 without k2. Is it worth it to get a supplement with k2 next time? I eat 250 grams of leafy greens and an otherwise pretty healthy diet so IDK if i’m getting enough k2

chicken and eggs

vegetables contain vitamin K1, which is converted to K3 and ultimately K2 MK-4 in the body.
for bone health, you need K2 MK-7 once a day, or a very high (supplemental) dose of K2 MK-4 three times a day.

Jesus christ celltech has been around since fucking forever, i still remember being like around 10 years old seeing that shit at my grandpas house.

Reef aquariums, have 3 of them, started 12 years ago and I sell/trade coral frags for the fun of it, require as much discipline, dedication and research if not more than bodybuilding (much more expensive than it tho...)

numismatic (coin collecting), gaming, fossil collecting, I practice different "radical sports" (from skydiving to rafting) every other weekend with my wife and see it as a hobby too

Attached: fts_dang_1000x381.jpg (1000x381, 131K)

great, wrong thread lol

Anyone use 5 HTP? I want to increase my serotonin for mood gains.

Also, I take EVLNUTRITION Vitamode multivitamin and Ashwagandha.
