Curls, tricep extensions, other supplemental lifts for the arms

reverse overhead barbell flys

I reenact the lightsaber fight from the end of Phantom Menace with my gym bros.
I always pick Darth Maul and use the heaviest one as a double-sided lightsaber

I use them for skull crushers

behind the back supinated reverse grip australian ohp's

these are only used for watching girls pick them up and do lunges with

towel stand

Back to the pit, Manlet

>only curling 110
Ask how I know you’re small

>Go to Mom and Pop gym
>These are literately blocking the only fire exit

bicep curls
lunges

That's what ez bars are for

Thank they are there so nobody uses the normal ez-bar with the weights not welded on.

I bet you couldn't even do the lunges with the weight they use.

I listed what they can be used for, not if I use them, ding dong.

nobody else does OHP with these?

Deadlifts

I just use dumbbells for lunges. Fuck have I been doing it wrong

for the n00bs and lazy

You’re using them wrong; it’s 110 in each hand

how fucking weak are you

Attract thots

they go up to 120 at my gym, and you don't curl more than that with anything resembling good form for any appreciable (read: 8-12+) amount of reps

barbell flys

Barbell flies, bicep extensions, russian twists; basic stuff.

QUESTION
The ones marked with a 20; do they weight 20 on each side or 20 total?

20 total, but you have to add your own bodyweight as well to take the effect of gravity into consideration.

This. Also your distance from sea level in thousands of feet should be subtracted from your lift as the lack of gravity makes it easier for the weights to go up.

Wrist curls

Thot lunges unironically

>the question is what do "you" do with these
>answer the question
>called out
>I was answering a different question

kek

They serve no purpose other than to trick idiots into buying them.
Zero benefit over adjustable barbells; the increments aren't even small enough to make them useful like non-adjustable dumbbells

In this case "you" is equivalent to "one"

Not him but i use the heaviest one for ohp but i think i'm gonna outgrow it soon pls no bully ;_;

I do curls and OHP in drop sets. But only after my gym's closed (I work there and have the spare keys).

I do 3 x 10 behind the neck overhead presses with these, and boy it burns when you are done

You were weak at one point. Gotta start somewhere, right?

How much does a traditional EZCurl bar weigh? I asked the front counter guy at my gym today and he doesn't know, and I don't wanna bring it over to the scale because that's too autistic

Based and thotpilled

25 lbs

If you can’t lunge 100lbs (usually max weight of these things) just fooking off yourself. Even when I pulled my quad and was trying to ease back into legs I could warmup with the 100lbs barbell while being 200lbs

Small/weak biceplet detected

deadlift

>pick up
>put down

My gym forbid it since idiots kept losing balance and smashing the mirrors.

mine is 25 pounds. When I was shopping for them they were all 25, some heavy duty ones are 35

I used them when first starting to work out years ago. I had to start overhead press with just 7,5 kg. Could've used dumbbells instead I guess.

learn proper technique.

>using a tool for its purpose is autistic
>checking the specifications of something you're going to buy is autistic
>wanting to know what you're lifting is autistic
????

just google the brand and find the product, it will tell you on the website. The one my gym uses is 30, not 25 like I assumed.

weighed the one at my gym the other day and it was 18 lbs. There was a slightly bigger one that weighed 25lbs as well.

he's right and your form is laughable

I use these to OHP and deadlift because I’m weak as fuck

Weighted ab wheel for more core gains

My gym has two types, chrome-plated (20lbs) and black (29lbs), which seems weird to me

yes with dumbells
