Realistically does it help anxiety in the long-term?

Also any other recommendations for anxiety reducing things that arnt ssri' s?
Nope lol.
It doesn't help in the long run. Your better off taking ashwagandha, l-theanine and taurine for anxiety or do cbt. For the long run cbt works the best
L-theanine
Should I take it in my first week of college?
I've used it for special big events 1-4 times a year for the last couple years.
Not sure I'd really use it for much more than that, especially considering how fast you build a tolerance to it, and how long it takes for your tolerance to fall back down
At best it will bring you out of your comfort zone a few times and show you that you really do know how to socialise and not everyone thinks you’re a weirdo loser. I can talk for hours on this stuff, especially with alcohol. It’s close to being normie simulator but slightly more subtle. Leaves me feeling pretty low the next day, so I do it at most once a month and won’t buy it again after it runs out.
I’ve had some of this stuff sitting in my desk untouched for a year, all I remember it doing was making me extremely drowsy while I was at work. Maybe I’ll give it another try.
I've decided to try curing my anxiety this year, because while it's pretty mild (and more social anxiety than general) last year I barely did anything because I declined pretty much all invitations to go out and socialise and have become a total hermit.
My plan is to try "natural" first before going down the drugs route. Current plan is:
>multivitamin containing D3 and B12 (Orange Triad) plus an Omega 3 supp (Intelligent Labs Ultra Pure Omega 3)
>if that doesn't help try adding Ashwagandha
>if that doesn't help then trying CBD oil
>if that doesn't help then trying LSD microdosing
>if that doesn't work then just accept I'm broken & unfixable. I don't want SSRIs and am hesitant to try Phenibut.
Open to feedback/advice.
Lithium, magnesium, zinc, fish oil, vitamin d, St. John’s wort
Phenibut fucks with your receptors.
haha what if instead of asking 14 year olds on pizza recipe sharing forum you asked your doctor wouldn't that be nuts haha
Heard St Johns Wort can fuck with your vision, you noticed anything like that?
NO
go to reddit and read their sub on quittingphenibut
I have gotten hooked on it, the wd lasts a week, you cannot use it every day it will take you down, this is a warning
Wheres the fun in that?
Kratom
Long term absolutely not. It's good for when you want to be happy and confident ONE DAY per WEEK. Do not listen to these fuckwads telling you it's safe to dose every day you WILL regret it.
Where 2 order ?
I have bad social anxiety about approaching people/public speaking and propranolol works wonders.
Kratom is the worst tasting drug of all the drugs in existence.
I ordered from Amsterdam, but I live in the EU. Not sure about Murica.
It's absolutely sickening, I used to take it in capsules. I'd have to take a lot at a time but it was 10x better than that disgusting taste.
I took kratom a few times in pill capsules. One time I tried to drink it and it was the nastiest shit I ever put it my mouth. It tasted like electric manure.
My ex-gf was on prozac and valium for anxiety problems, I remember she got prescribed propanalol once for something and she said after taking it that it was the first time she'd had a clear/calm head in years. From what I remember though its effects didn't last too long and she stopped taking it.
St. John’s wort fucks with your receptors too.
