More than anything cardio in the morning clears any brainfog and I’m able to finish my course work faster. Not sure if this is due to increased cognitive function or just related to the body being in a better physical State.

Don't know my IQ but I'm a pharmacist and was at the top of my class. In general I would always work out first thing in the morning before classes and it always made me feel refreshed and "wired" when I went to classes. Feel like it possibly made it easier to pay attention, absorb knowledge, study, etc. Like I would work out and then be hyped for the rest of the day for some mental gains, I suppose.

I’m told by parents I’m smart because I was tested as a child and the dude doing the test said I had super high spatial intelligence but is that not another way to say “dumb as fuck but okay with shapes”? Lifting decreased my minds performance massively, and then I got TMJ which has shaken up my brain alot making me even dumber and forcing me to relearn how to talk properly again.
Then ive hit my head multiple times so hard I fainted, also fucked up my neck and spine a couple times causing me to blackout for minutes, this alos made me dumber I could feel it, then after 23 years old I felt myself hitting apoint where entropy got to me making me dumber all the time,
