I listened to the advice of multiple online forums and did 3x5 strength training, but only really started seeing results when I implemented Alphadestiny's training philosophies.
It is my humble opinion that the sticky should include concepts such as concurrent periodization, GPP, and yolk training. this entire forum as a whole will see greater results, just as I have.

I can't say I agree with the training philosophies of "Coach" Blaha. His minimalistic approach to training creates a weak foundation for athleticism, work capacity and clearly has done nothing special for his strength or aesthetics. Furthermore, Blaha's character is questionable given the controversy surrounding his actions in the past few years.
