t. shit diet

Yes, here's my anecdotal evidence:

I was using organic soap for a long time then I stopped for about a month because I was too lazy to drive to the nearest whole foods (I moved). So I used zest and that shit gave me a bad rash on my neck it got red and itchy and it's still like that it's been a couple weeks now but I finally got the organic soap again so I'm hoping it will start to go away. I use natural mineral stone deodorant too and that shit works waaaaaay better than any deodorant. I can sweat and sleep and wake up smelling like nothing at all.

ok, PayPal me

Is there a specific brand that you use for the soap and deodorant?

Some soaps are irritating. Cleansing is important, but you have to make sure you choose a gentle cleanser. MOISTURIZE AND USE SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY. 40-year-old you will thank you.

>USE SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY.
Do you think im white? kek

Imagine thinking Gods creation cannot roam the Earth as he pleases without a constant layer of toxic cream applied on his skin

Use zinc oxide if you’re a granolafag.

People with balls.

I fucking hate the feeling of having cream on any part of my body.

I’m white as fuck and Australian and don’t know of anyone who wears sunscreen everyday. Most people barely wear it to the beach

Get out, Muhammad.

An underage girl that keeps being posted

>white as fuck and Australian
You're not white.

>stop staring at me
>haha what does your seat smell like
>if i let you take a picture of me will you go away?
>yes

You can tell her disgruntled look wasnt to a instagram photographer, it was most likely a creeper

She looks like the average 14yo, I don't get the fuzz around her.

>Using sunscreen in Holland
Hahahaha what the fuck dude its raining all the time.

low T fags desu

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

the thighs in OP are a little puffy too

Enjoy having gross leathery skin in your 40s

nigga you're gonna get skin cancer

Apply sunscreen when you go outside in the sun. Use a moisturising face wish in the morning when you wake and at night before you go to sleep. Apply a thin layer of moisturiser after you wash your face to keep your moisture barrier good (it should look invisible when you apply it, that's how thin it should be. Don't drench your face in moisturiser cream, it looks weird). Drink enough water and get enough sleep. Soap is fine for your body, but the skin on your face is sensitive and won't be able to handle it, it will dry it out. Use a face wash. Avoid peels or exfoliators with particles or grits in them, they scratch and damage your skin. Be patient, the skin is a very slow changing organ, it may take anywhere from months to years before your skin really starts to heal and look alive again.

I am genuinely disturbed by how 13-14 year old girls dress like and look like nowadays.
But yes OP, they do. You'll see clear skin and hair gains after a 1-2 month adjustment period without soap and shampoo.

thanks patrick, very cool

*some* kind of SLS may damage your skin if you clean your skin too much & too often. When in doubt, apply pic related to retain skin hydration right after showering. If you're older than 30 supplement hyaluronic acid (even orally) and glucosamine (for both skin and joints). Refrain from sunbathing on at least face and hands, always wear at least a 15 SPF, in winter too*

Depends on the soap, depends on your skin.

Healthy skin is the result of healthy body resulting from healthy diet. That's first. To take care of healthy skin, one needs to understand that skin oils (sebum) and beneficial bacteria protect the skin. Water is a solvent. It works very well on it's own stripping oils from your skin. Add soap, and you are definitely stripping your skin dry, leading to or compounding problems. Additionally, most municipal water is chlorinated, which kills some of the beneficial bacteria on your skin and possibly irritating skin.

Soap, cleansers, pills, chemicals are overused and abused because it makes (((money))) whereas traditional skin care does not. Romans and Greeks cleansed with olive oil. Rub it on the skin then wipe it off. Today people do this with lotions. Use a good lotion, rub onto face, then use a soft cloth to wipe it off. This cleanses and protects without damaging or drying. Shampoo also has several skin irritants and is unnecessary. After a month of not shampooing your body balances oil production. I haven't used shampoo in over 5 years and no I'm not the least bit greasy. Again, water itself is incredibly efficient at stripping oils so a shower most days of the week is plenty.

Minimize allergens from plants in your diet. Ditch shampoo. Filter your water at the main.

The premises are correct, but then you go full paleo. There's no need to start a witch hunt, not every "chemical" is that aggressive. Marseille soap with olive oil is more commendable than rubbing your face in a "lotion" (which is, a chemical; but hey water is a "chemical" too, olive oil is a "chemical" as well)

I think by now it's essentially obvious that when people like this say 'chemical' they're referring to non-naturally occurring substances.

Anywho, I like the sound of the olive oil thing but it seems like a huge hassle, also I HATE feeling greasy. Can anyone confirm?
