Most soldiers i know have back problems and knee problems (usually no cartilage) from all the rucking and arthritis from generally just lifting heavy shit and bending over so often etc..

My mate was in the army back in 2005 to some year I forget.

He got a knee injury while in some exercises and the military doctors did a shit job at fixing it, and then he needed more surgery, and the military wouldn't even pay for it, so he left.

I don't know what particular part of the army he was in, all I know is that he was the guy that had the LMG in the squad he was in.

Once you fuck up in thee ADF or get injured, they do not give a shit about you.
