I’ve got a pretty good idea of what life I would like to live 10 or 20 years down the road, so now it’s just a matter of doing what I need to in order to get there. I know that if I just take the path of least resistance like everyone else I will end up with a life that I don’t want, so it’s a bit of a carrot and stick situation

Get in shape and looksmax, learn a trade, get a job, join one or two clubs that align with your interests like e.g. a sport or hiking, spend more time outside, move out from your parents etc. Figure out very specifically what you want, write it down or make a picture collage and then take the actions you need to in order to get there.
And keep in mind these are lifestyle changes, not just short term actions to get some final goal. Your life will improve every step along the way, so it’s not something where it’s just effort and no reward for years, you will already feel better after a few weeks probably
