It's common for people to have stomach issues because their meat is too red. Plus, you digest better with better cooked meat, meaning more calorie and nutrient absorption, meaning red meat is literally soi-tier and you lose gains.

I've actually been giving it some thought, and I think that Veganism is pretty anti-Jew. Meat has a massive market, and is sold basically everywhere. A vegan based diet would probably be cheaper, and there would be a lot less fatasses if everyone went Vegan, so overall food consumption worldwide would plummet. This would have a direct tie into several things such as our healthcare expenses for the fatties, and people would probably be happier as a result and be less likely to buy into Jew shit. In the long run, it would really hurt their income, and the last thing they want is to lose their precious shekels

If you clear away every rock, mushroom, tree, bush and weed the soil becomes much weaker and more prone to exhaustion. The environment of Mexico has been destroyed to make room for more farmland to sell vegetables to American soiboys. A vegan based diet is in no way cheaper where tf do you live?? There would be more malnourished people if everyone went vegan and western sperm counts would drop even further. The only things that would change is now the prices in the supplement industry would spike, crops would be lacking in nutritional value something that is happening now as it is and the environment would be destroyed to make room for more farmland. Never was the goal, merely that they are fed healthy grasses and things that they can actually digest well. It makes the animals healthier.
