why would you want to feel like that?

I want to stop feeling like that

Rhodiola Rosea,Ashwagandha, fish oil, phenibut and the list goes on...

Meat. Particularly liver, brain, or a fatty grass-fed steak.

If you genuinely prefer taking a supplement then I would go with fish oil but it won't help nearly as much as real meat.

Ashwagandha + Phenibut

>meme plants

lose weight if fat, vitamin D if ur not getting enough sun (prob not cause it's winter), and hang out with a friend u fucker

...

Meat often has very limited nutritional profiles, even B vitamins (e.g., chicken).

Magnesium, zinc, d3, b12.

Just eat a balanced diet
Check blood if you feel like shit could be low red blood cell count
Supplement vitamin d, multivitamin and minerals

I purposely mentioned liver and brain. Both are very high in nutritional value (containing 6/8 B vitamins, lots of Vitamin A, saturated fats)

A lot of supplements have very little bio-availability anyways so you might as well eat a healthy meal consisting of meat rather than scarfing down pills.

Those are more rare meats, especially with safe vitamin A consumption.

>a lot ... bio-availability
Memery. Each has bioaccessible compounds.

I'm not sure what you mean by rare meats. Do you mean they're harder to come across?

Regardless, I just wanted to suggest to OP that meat can ease his situation by providing nutrition while also being a generally good meal for gains.

And bio-availability isn't a meme. Look at supplements like Curcumin which require a dosage of black pepper to become remotely effective. srs

Which form of vit K2 should I buy, MK7 or MK4?

MK4 but it's near impossible to find, at least where I live

Lots of people don't get enough sun, like 2 hours a day on torso, arms, neck, face, legs.

If you don't eat enough pastured eggs or liver, probably supplement K2 even though there isn't an RDA.

I supplement Vitamin D3 derived from Lanolin (sheep's wool), and Vitamin K2.
Carlson's Cod Liver Oil as well for omega 3 fatty acid bois.

Is there a good way to check which micronutrients you're lacking?

Go to bed before 10, wake up at 6

Seriously, I had 2 weeks off from work, so I started slipping into my old habits of going to bed really late and waking up really late. I felt like shit all the time. Now, I go to bed around 9:30 and wake up at 6. Shit feels great.

Going to bed and waking up later fucks up your circadian rythym, which absolutely bombs your hormones.

Also, having a purpose or goal you're working towards really helps

The best supplement is carbohydrates. Refined sugar helps too. Just fucking try it. Stay away from fatty food and oils. Carbohydrates = energy. Go get some frosted flakes and put like 5tbsps of sugar on it and tell me how you feel. Do it before bed for good sleep too.

This

Most people are deficient in magnesium. Especially if you drink. I bartend so natural I was drinking too much. I wasn’t hungover but I’d be larthargic all the time. Maybe a placebo but it helped nonetheless
