For a starter. Don’t do that routine
Don't listen to This routine has been used by countless bodybuilders competing at international levels. Not many people know about it but if you keep at it you'll be jacked as fuck within about 6 months. If you eat right, you'll probably end up gaining at least 3lbs of lean muscle mass per week for at least a year.
This is actually very close to what I do. If you keep doing this u'll be very ripped in no time
