Hey that was a pretty good read. I didn't know about coming out of my fast what is and isn't recommended.

The author said to do a 2 day fast every couple of months or so. What IF routine should one do throughout the rest of time? Maybe fast every other day or every other 2 days? Would one recommend doing a 2 day fast more frequently like once or twice a month? I know it won't kill me but I just want to optimize my fat loss.

I have friends who eat literally whatever they want and are under 10%. That means nothing. Don't act like all aspects of your life are perfectly disciplined champ.

Gonna start doing a four day fast every couple months to see if it has any positive effects on my overall health like everyone says it will. I've fasted over shorter periods before, interested in seeing the results of this, if any.
