start fasting you fatso. just stop fucking eating for at least 40 hours and then do intermittent fasting after that everyday. you can pig out with one big meal per day then you gotta go 16 hours without food again. you get used to it. and dont do the 40 hour fast without drinking "snake juice" look it up

Let me give you a secret user. for the next year, all your are allowed to eat is chocolate met-rx and grape nuts/plain oatmeal 3x a day. you can buy it in bulk, it's cheap. Your only other food? Around 2 pm you can have a microwaved baked potato, on which you will put tabasco sauce (no calories) and it will force you to drink a shitload of water. Order it in bulk, don't fucking allow yourself anything else to eat. you can also add cinnamon to your chocolate met-rx, and get some fiber capsules to make sure you can shit. That's the fucking secret. how fucking old are you? would you like to waste your life as a fat, repulsive shitbag? is food REALLY that fucking important in your life that it outweighs pussy?

Will do. I started calorie counting and I’ve kept my calories under 1500 a day for the most part with the highest one being 2600. The bad part is that I’m starting to eat less and less so for the most part I’ve been eating less than 1000 a day for the past week. Is this good or should I raise my daily calories if I’m not fasting?

This. I was on the other extreme and started working out and it's great.
When you're in a shitty circumstance, you have a great opportunity to create contrast.

I've been working out consistently for a year pushing myself to my limit each session and lifting progressively more and more each time but I STILL feel exactly the same as you. I have some suggestions:

(1) I recommend taking progress pictures, maybe every week or every other week, so you can compare and really see the difference. I don't really have any pictures to compare from before I started working out and I really wish I do. Even if people say I look different I don't really feel like it and wish I took more progress pics.

(2) Similar visual point to #1 and you may already be doing this, but visualizing the data points helped me with motivation. Things like charts can help, but remember that it's not about any one day, it's about the general trends. If you look at these kinds of things too closely you'll get lost. Look at longer time spans.

not going to work. Fasting (unless it's gulag style fasting) is just going to send body into starvation mode. But the great thing about the Met-rx and oatmeal/grapenuts is that it's always there, you always know what you are going to eat, and you quickly get used to it to the point where you don't even want anything else.

At your weight a month or two like that will be fine, the only reason to lose weight as slow as you are is to avoid loose skin.

Ok, here's my bit. I was overweight for years. When I tried to do at least some exercise in the form of morning pushups, I'd start looking for excuses to skip it.
Then I signed up for the gym. With the monthly fee being quite high I had to go to the gym. And something amazing happened. I started enjoying working out. Not running, not cardio, but lifting. Even if I started with an almost empty bad on most lifts, I quickly made progress. And just a month later I lost 10 kilos and people started noticing.
Now I'm 7 kilos away from my target weight and I should make it by the beach season.
The point here is- learn to enjoy working out. Motivating yourself to do something you don't like is shit. Learn to enjoy the way DOMS feels. Then and only then you'll be able to lose weight.
