And you're clearly a total badass. I'll give the same answer I gave last night. I assume you just managed to complete your first unassisted pullup 2 days, so now you are a tough guy. Assisted pullups after you've done 12-15 and are approaching failure are actually a good thing. You have your spotter wrap a towel around like a rope, put it below your knees, and help you going up, then you go very slowly lowering yourself and resist all the way down.
60%-70% of the benefit from all resistance exercise comes from the downward movement. As long as you are resisting all the way down and lowering yourself slowly at the end of the set, having someone assisting you by helping raise you with the wrapped towel at your knees is actually very smart and useful.

Maybe you'd like to lose weight! Search the catalog for "/fat/" or "/fast" if the information in the sticky still leaves you wanting.
Maybe you're interested in a specific type of training! Search the catalog for "/owg/" or "/plg" for, respectively, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
Anything else that you might want to know, feel free to browse the catalog and see if there is an active thread relevant to your interests. If all else fails, search the catalog for "QTDDTOT", or "Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread".
