Metabolism Slowing

I was pretty fit and leaned up until around 30. Seems like from nowhere I gained a bit of weight and lost all my fitness.
How do you deal with your metabolism slowing as you age?

nigga just work out

I don't eat as much as I used to you fucking brainlet.
>the speed at which food passes through my body has slowed down
>hmm how do I prevent such quick weight gain
>should I eat less?
>nahh, there's probably some secret that only Jow Forumsfags know
EAT LESS.

Mate you haven’t gained that much. You could lose most of it without too many issues.
You will gain a bit as you head to middle age. You’re just a little bit over where you need to be. Not a huge to fix.

This guy is obese. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

presumably by eating less

Not metabolic slowdown. Test production dropped and your calorie partitioning started to suck more.

pin test and fat 5 days a week

What’s a pin test?

do keto. meat, vegetables, eggs, fish, dairy, and saturated fat.
also do some cardio.

Might be increased Prolactin levels, get that checked

What’s that?

>metabolism slowing as you age

You just got lazy, bro. Don't blame it on some fiction.

I agree. Lazy but also over eats. Humans aren’t supposed to be that big.

Carnivore diet

you were never fit in the first place

It's a fact

i couldnt gain weight at all untill my 26 year old

i was 6 feet height 170 lbs with abs, not bad at all

my max lifting numbers were
250 lb bench
450 lbs deadlift
315 lbs

from nowhere i started getting FAT because i ate like a pig and i went from ripped 170 lbs to obese 400 lbs, my lifts skyrocketed

now at 30 i have a
480 lbs bench
700 lbs squat
750 lbs deadlift

but i weight 390-400 lbs so its not worth at all,i know if i droped weight id lose strenght because when i cut down to 350 my bench lowers to sub 400

Mate there are 70 year olds with abs.

Also

>losing all my fitness

Suggests to me that you don't even lift.

Yeah this guys a meat eater that’s for sure

Not true. Plenty of fork lifts for this guy

by not eating like a cow you ridiculous fatass
slow metabolism doesnt imply looking like you eat mcdonalds 247
you dont even look like you lift so maybe start doing that

Overweight yes obese no.

You don’t need to be that big to be statistically obese. I would say this guy is obese.

You are fat and lazy. Chubby.

I look like I'm similar weight to him and my bmi is not that far above the normal range, depends on his height I suppose.

just change your diet and work out

Your metabolism hasn't "slowed down", it's just that as we get older it's hard to make time for exercise and it's easier to munch on junk throughout the day. Not to mention stress and bad sleeping patterns.

stop eating like shit

By the medical definition, he is obese. You are just used to seeing obese people.

Eat less, drink less, more cardio.

This.
Left side is just some young skinnyfat

The guy on the right should be cut up and fed to people going hungry.

Your metabolism isn't slow, your obese so your resting metabolism is really high.

You need to improve your diet. You should look at Okinawa diet. Never drink calories so no milk, no coffee. Avoid foods high in saturated fat so eggs, pork, beef and cheese.

Eat more vegetables, fruits and some fish low in mercury.

Metabolism doesn't slow anywhere near as drastically as people like to believe. The reality is that you likely eat a horrible diet and its effects are catching up to you. If we were all vegan then there would be a belief that it is "normal" to have a wrinkly face by 25, for example.

Try going keto or even better carnivore. Train less often but with greater intensity. Try to improve your sleep. Personally my physique improved quite dramatically from 30-35.

inject testosterone directly into your veins

>tfw 32 yrs old
I havn't noticed any difference from when I was 20, is this a meme?
