Hello! I was wondering if you guys knew of any good foods or workout routines for someone of my age and stature. I'm 5'7 and weigh about 140. Somewhat stocky, but I have a little bit of chub in my stomach and hip area. I have low T for someone my age (I'll openly admit that cuz I know it could play into my workouts and dieting) however I am on shots that help to raise my levels. I want to cut some of that fat and build muscle (definition over mass preferably. Right now I'm trying to eat lots of protein and cut carbohydrates, and supplement it by running every other day. What else can I/should I do? Thanks in advance :)

Eat: not garbage but fast 16+ hours a day. Remove things with lots of oil or butter or sugar. Remove all sweets. Remove all drinks. Water and black coffee only. If you absolutely need fast food every once in awhile, make sure you go easy on it. Just get a chicken sandwich with no mayo.
Do these things in a manner that sets you up for success. If you go cold turkey, you'll likely fail unless you have extreme will power.
Counting calories is step one, fasting is step two
Add whatever fitness routine you want. Once you lose enough weight you can worry about what specific foods you need to get stronger. But if you want to start now, might as well
