I'm not good at talking to people, especially him because he's really tall and good looking. I guess I'm going to have to bumble my way into talking about lifting. He is the only guy I know that lifts and because he looks good, he's the reason why I started losing weight and start lifting too so I can look good. I still look dyel but I look much better now that I'm no longer fat. I will never tell him he's the reason why I lift, I think that would make him feel uncomfortable and he'd never want to talk to me again.

I should have noted that I only say true things I actually mean and not be superficial. But if/when a friend of mine does something admirable, I have started to try and let him know.

I usually try to motivate my friend, tell him to flex etc and feel his muscles and tell him good job keep going, we are both gonna get big.
