Nothing wrong with it imo. Being not fat should counter practically all negatives.

Nice products. Chorizo is great. Especially the bit spicy ones.
Jack Johnson
be careful of the quality of the meat, a cheap sausage will have you shitting all night long. things like are the worst offenders, never actually buy a product of Mexico.
but if the meat quality is good, there's no problem other than high sodium, which will only be an issue if you don't get enough potassium to balance it out

>cheap sausage will have you shitting all night long never happened to me >things like (You) are the worst offenders, never actually buy a product of Mexico What makes chorizo so bad? As a euro fag all our chorizo is spanish. A actually thought it was purely a spanish thing
John Gutierrez
Nitrates are pretty bad for you but once in a while isn't the end of the world.
Just make sure that when you eat meat you eat fiber with it, it will prevent you from getting ass cancer.
Aaron Watson
in the USA, you have to be very careful about Chorizo. I can fully understand it not being an issue there, because Spanish food and food standards are amazing and I'd eat that sausage any day, but Mexico doesn't exactly have the same level of regulations or care when it comes to food products, and you very often receive the absolute lowest quality meat physically possible, completely doused in spices and added fats which no gut would be able to handle.
Jonathan Allen
Literally onions. Unless you get it from peasants who make it themselves, don't buy it.
Alexander Adams
>cured/preserved meats?
Colon cancer, the meat pretty much most sausages bar some premium tier sausages is trash and filled with nitrates and other stuff. This goes for packaged and preserved bacon too
always pick uncured and frozen/fresh meat where possible
Caleb Baker
i eat $3 Chorizo logs from safeway all the time and have never had an issue.
Jayden Rivera
Adds to your cancer points according to that big meat study everyone likes to point to to say all meat raises chance to cancer.
Samuel Foster
yeah and you're totally the epitome of body and gut health aren't you user
I'll pay around 8 € (~ 9 USD) for Spanish chorizo. I think it's 250 grams
Camden Garcia
>Literally onions. wot?
Adrian Perez
>always pick uncured I heard this stuff is usually cured with celery powder though, i.e. organic stuff as opposed to chemicals. Ive also heard that celery powder and a lot of other vegetables contain significant amounts of sodium nitrate. Thoughts?
Owen Richardson
Sausages are full of soi since it's cheaper

I eat high quality meats and sausages regularly from a farm-based delivery service. Great source of saturated fat needed for hormone production. Just don’t buy from Hormel and other shit-tier meat makers. You can also learn to make stuff like this yourself. Pic unrelated.
