Anyone else get an instant pot for Christmas? Curries and chilis galore, I'm having a great time with it.
I lost all my recipe image macros unfortunately but I can post some links to some slow cooker meals I've greatly enjoyed with solid macros if anyone wants.

How the fuck do I plan a varied diet based on macros? Is it just trial and error? Is there some database of recipes with macros than I can search by macros? Mfp is good but I have to input every recipe before I know it's macros.

only way I found out to deal with the taste was using one serving of unflavoured casein, some nesquik extra chocolate powder, splash of coconut milk and some cashew butter then throw it into the freezer for one hour(this shits called protein sludge), tasted pretty ok actually but that fucking casein texture kills it for me, how the fuck do you get around this

This one works in a slow cooker, just load it up in the morning and leave it on high for like eight hours. Raid the mexican food section of your grocery store for dried chilis, you'll want a sweet variety, a spicy variety, and a fruity variety. Cut the seeds out and leave them in there for the entirety of the cook. You don't need to make your own chicken stock obviously storebought works fine.

This also works in a slow cooker, leave it in all day it'll turn out great. I made it with coconut rice where you swap out a can of coconut of milk for an equivalent volume of water (1.75 cups water per 1 cup rice, rinsed in cold water because the asians that package it treat it like gravel you want to clean your rice before you eat it) with some salt, bring it to a rolling boil, add the rice and some fresh ginger cut into thin slices (but not minced), stir it all ONCE to break up any clumps and make sure everything is an even layer, take it down to a simmer and cover for 18 minutes. Don't touch it until after 18 minutes, use your ears to check if it's a simmer. Rice cooker does this for you but I heard huawei started putting microphones in the rice cookers so watch out.

This is a great way to get a shit ton of protein in with little effort. Make some burrito bowls with quinoa or rice, shit ton of steamed veggies with these carnitas in a bowl, some hot sauce on that bitch, a shit ton of pickled onions for the test boost, you're fucking set.

Real quick to make sure it's clear: anything you can make in an instant pot you can do with the slow cooker, just load it up in the morning and it'll be ready by dinner time. Really good method is chopping up and setting up the marinade at night, then adding it all the next morning while you sip your coffee. Usually massive portions so you can eat on that for a couple days.

not that I do it or care, but if you blend some fruits, kale, chia and flax seeds, walnuts and maybe some almond milk, you usually max out just about all the different nutrients you need daily. You don't need a lot of the stuff you're probably thinking you do on the daily basis. Maybe every other day or couple days sure. Also, I don't do OMAD or anything close to it, and my body is trash, just chiming in with what I know
